This battery is shorter than a 18650 and has considerable less capacity. This battery is an IMR cells

The battery does fine with up to 7A discharge current, constant capacity and fairly good tracking between the cells.

Conclusion
The battery can deliver a lot of current, but capacity is fairly low (This is the same for all 18500 IMR cells).
Because the battery is from an unknown manufacturer I will limit my rating to acceptable.
